Women's Striking

Focuses on empowering women to find the power and confidence to protect themselves from being a victim. The striking class focuses on using punches, elbows, knees and kicks. The class also focuses on the importance of awareness, prevention, and alertness.
We pride ourselves on teaching realistic and easy to learn techniques that are very effective in a self defense situation. This is Not a cardio-kickboxing class.
