MMA is a full contact combat sport that incorporates the best techniques from a wide variety of martial art styles and disciplines to be used in competitions or in a self defense situation. Worcester Martial Arts Academy training utilizes Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Ju-Jitsu, Grappling, Wrestling, Judo and Crossfit.
