The Worcester Judo Wildcats is our program for children ages 6-12

The Worcester Judo Wildcat Program is designed to promote a sense of team and self while building character, confidence, and physical fitness. The Benefits of the Worcester Judo Wildcats Program include:

Improved Concentration:
Our classes are designed to teach children the importance of concentration. Improved concentration may also help your children with their school performance.

Judo for Fitness:
Judo is a great work-out. Our Judo classes incorporate cardio exercise, stretching, endurance training and Kodokan Judo techniques.

Positive Attitude:
The Judo Wildcats Program emphasizes the importance of having a positive attitude both in Judo training and in all aspects of life. It also promotes self-discipline and respect for oneself and others.

Self Confidence:
Judo training helps children develop and improve their self-confidence. We encourage our students to work hard to achieve their goals and strive for continuous improvement.

Self-Defense:
The Worcester Judo Wildcats program gives children the opportunity to train and compete, improving their body control, fine balance, and fast reflexive action. Judo is an effective self-defense system.

TESTIMONIALS

Jimmy practiced the sport
of Judo as a child in the
Dominican Republic for several years. Jimmy stopped training
in Judo when he left the
Dominican Republic to live
in the United States.
His lack of activities and
exercise led him to be 400 lbs. Jimmy knew he had to get his weight under control and wanted
to lead a healthier lifestyle.
He decided to return
to the martial arts and sport
he loved as a child...JUDO.
Jimmy is now half the size he
was before!
